During the 15th century, the stone-built village of Koskinou was erected in Rhodes, one of the best known islands of Greece.
Starting in 2001, Rhodes Traditional Houses restored and renovated few of its buildings,
turning them into holiday houses able to meet the needs of demanding guests.
In doing so, the original architecture of the buildings was respected and maintained,
while mostly traditional ways of building were used. Painted either white or with vivid traditional village colours,
the houses of Rhodes Traditional Houses became the gems of Koskinou, each one of them an aesthetic showpiece of traditional
village architecture.
