What is the minimum booking period?

We prefer weekly or monthly rentals.
Bookings for a few days only might be possible if a house in not already booked for the week.

How and what should I pay?

Payments can be made either by a bank wire transfer or by PAY PAL/CREDIT CARD, as follows:(*)

(a)On completion of booking: deposit equal to 30% of the total cost.
(b)Forty days before the first day of the period booked: the balance of the total cost must reach "Rhodes Traditional Houses".
(c)If the booking is made up to forty days before the first day of the period booked, the total cost must be paid when making the booking.
(d)Upon arrival at the house, guests must pay a refundable non-damage deposit of euro 400-500.

When is a booking valid?

When a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost has been paid and "Rhodes Traditional Houses" have confirmed the booking. (*)

What happens if I cancel my booking?

50% of the contractual deposit will be refunded if cancellation takes place up to forty one days before the first day of the period booked.
Later cancellations will normally result in full forfeiture of the money already paid, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the parties involved. (*)

Do you have any promotions or special offers?

1) 10% discount is offered for bookings made six months in advance.
2) Full refund of rental fees paid to us in case you buy one of our houses.
3) Depending on availability, discount can be offered if a house is booked by guests totaling less than half its maximum capacity of guests. Please contact us for more information.
4) Please ask us about discounts offered for monthly rentals.
